Why this product was recalled
Nature Baby are recalling the Nature Baby Merino Essentials Long Sleeve Kimono Bodysuit Pointelle because the dome fastening on the front of the garment may come loose during use and create a choking hazard for babies and young children.Stop using the garment immediately, even if the dome fastenings appear secure, and return it to the store where purchased for a refund. Pass the notice to anyone the garment was given to. Full refund to the original form of payment, processed within 5 working days of the garment being received. Customers may return the garment to any Nature Baby store, where the refund is processed at the point of return, or by post using Nature Baby's Freepost address (Freepost 128561, PO Box 47558, Ponsonby, Auckland) at no cost to the customer. Customers are asked to complete a returns form, available online or as a printable form to include with the parcel.Customers who received the garment as a gift, no longer hold a receipt, no longer have the garment, or are unsure whether their item is affected are directed to Nature Baby Customer Care, who assess and process these individually.
