A pole guide arm that falls could create a risk of injury to people nearby. Corrective Actions: Terex will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to inspect and replace the pole guide plate, as necessary. Terex advises you to perform a daily inspection of the pole guide plate welds, and not to use the digger derrick if a weld is cracked.
