Why this product was recalled
CHS was notified by ICU Medical Canada that they are conducting a recall of certain IV sets as discoloration may be present in the drip chamber of the IV sets. ICU Medical IV Tubing Dets with a drip chamber that are within their expiration date are impacted. The products should continue to be used as intended and per facility protocol. CHS Ltd. uses these IV sets in the medical devices they manufacture.
