Why this product was recalled

Classification Class III Reason for the Action Sundaze Polaris 29% THC Dried Flower 10g Jar primary container labels have an incorrect machine-readable barcode printed on the packaging. The printed barcode duplicates that of Sundaze Apollo (20% THC Dried Flower). The human readable text on the primary label (product name, strength of 29% THC, batch, expiry, and warning statements) is accurate and fully compliant. There is no physical or chemical defect in the product itself. Zero adverse health events or incorrect medication complaints have been received. Instructions for Customers/Users Pharmacists should ensure they conduct a verification check when dispensing this product and manually override the barcode scanning.
